Placing an order is very simple, either e-mail your PO to the sales contact who sent you the quote and they will take it from there, or you can call the sales team directly on +44 (0) 1656 339173.
XY Automation accepts payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Western Union or wire transfer (TT). Please confirm your preferred payment method to your sales contact and they will take you through the process.
Delivery times are always stated on the quote, so as soon as your payment has been made your parts will be processed for shipment. XY Automation does offer an 'over-night' delivery service where-ever possible.
A Customer Service Manager will e-mail a tracking number as soon as it becomes available, but please feel free to call us at any time if this is an urgent matter and we will chase the carrier.
The quotation we send is classed as a Pro-Forma invoice, but we will also e-mail across a Final Invoice on the shipment date.
XY Automation can supply parts from 100s of manufacturers, and these products are listed under 'Products'. If you cannot find what you’re looking for then please send an enquiry to our sales team or call us directly.
Yes, XY Automation specialises in obsolete and hard-to-find parts. Please call us or send an enquiry and we will get back to you ASAP.
Yes, XY Automation offers a 12 month warranty on all parts we supply unless specifically stated. There is no extra charge for this warranty.
XY Automation works alongside UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT to name a few, and on every quote we will show the shipping charges. If you would like XY Automation to ship on your companies carrier account then this is also not a problem.
